The Castel Horizon is situated on the hilltop above the port in Golfe Juan (where Napoleon embarked on his route to Waterloo) towards Super Cannes. Golfe Juan and Juan-les Pin offers several kilometers of sand beaches and excellent opportunities for shopping and eating. In the nearby village Vallauris,which is the centre for ceramics, pottery and galleries, Picasso worked for 7 years and in the Chapel of Vallauris his world known "War and Peace" mural can be seen.

The lovely Antibes and Cap d'Antibes is straight in front of the Castel Horizon and the high elevation of the property offers terrific views over the whole peninsula. If you want to visit Cannes it is only four kilometers away down the hill (5-10 min by car) to the famous Croisette.

Driving time by car to other places worth seeing is Nice 15 min, Monte Carlo 30 min, Ventimigilia and San Remo in Italy 45-60 min and St Tropez 60 min. There are of course many, many additional places to visit that are even closer to Castel Horizon such as: Vence, Biot, Eze, Menton, St Jean Cap Frerat, Iles-de-Lerins (the islands outside Cannes), Grasse (the perfume capital of the world) and Mougins.

For those that enjoy the game of golf there are more than 20 golf courses within 30 minutes driving from Castel Horizon such as: Cannes Mougins, Royal Mougins, Grand Bastide, Riviera Golf, Opio-Valbonne, St Donat and more.
