To make a reservation of the Castel Horizon you simply send an e-mail to: info@castelhorizon.com.

Please enclose your:
1. Name
2. Telephone number
3. E-mail address
4. The specific date you would like to reserve the Castel Horizon for and
5. The number of planned guests.

Once your request have been received you will be contacted with information about the availability. If your booking is confirmed you will need to transfer the full amount of the rental cost plus the deposit (of 400 Euro) and potential additional charges for cleaning, gardening and linen. Please see separate price list.

You will receive the bank details of Castel Horizon for the money transfer after your request have been confirmed with availability. Once you have received the confirmation you will need to transfer the full amount using swift express (if it is an international transfer). Once your money has arrived on the bank account of Castel Horizon your booking is definite and you will receive a final confirmation by e-mail and telephone.

If your money transfer does not arrive within 5 days from the booking, Castel Horizon reserves the right to allocate the booking to other guests.

Cancellations can be done up to 8 weeks prior to arrival, but will be charged with 50% of the total amount of the booking. Cancellations after that will not entitle to any refund.
